Piping Rock is a four season family resort located directly on Lake Winnipesaukee, in prestigious Winter Harbor, and is located just 3 miles outside the center of Wolfeboro, America's Oldest Summer Resort.

 The resort sits on over 6 acres of open grassy land and offers beautiful  views, a private sandy beach, floating raft, fishing dock, boat slips, free  canoeing and kayaking, playground area  with play equipment and swing sets,   charcoal grills, lawn and beach furniture are provided as well as free wireless Internet.

 Whether its a motel room, or cottage, Piping Rock has  year-round accommodations to fit every need.   All the motel rooms have either a terrace or screened-in porch, air conditioning and a view of  the lake and mountains.

Two or three bedroom cottages are available, each unit has a living room,  

kitchen (fully equipped), screened porch, and charcoal grill. 

Some units also include a fireplace.  

Piping Rock offers motel units with fully equipped kitchens or kitchenettes,  Linens and towels are provided in all motel and units and cottages. 

 All of our accommodations offer individual phone lines with their own phone  

number and free local service as well as free wireless Internet service.
